Is Stockox really free during beta?
Yes! Stockox is completely free during the beta period. The core features (inventory management, GST billing, Tally import) will remain free forever for beta testers. We may introduce premium features in the future, but your basic access never expires.
What does "beta" mean for my business?
Beta means we are actively testing and improving the software. While core features are stable, you may encounter occasional bugs or interface changes. We recommend running Stockox parallel to your existing system (like Tally) during the beta phase.
How do I report bugs or suggest features?
Click the "Report Issue" button in the app or email our support team. Beta testers get priority support and direct access to our development team. Most bugs are fixed within 24 hours.
Will my Tally data import correctly in beta?
Yes, our Tally import is working well for 95% of cases. If you encounter any issues during import, our team will help you manually migrate the data. We are constantly improving the importer based on beta feedback.
Is my data safe during beta?
Absolutely. Even though we are in beta, we use the same bank-level encryption and security as production software. All data is stored on Indian servers (AWS Mumbai) and is backed up daily.
What happens after beta ends?
Beta testers get grandfathered into our free plan permanently. You will never pay for the core features you are testing now. We may add optional premium features later, but your current access remains free.
